Imagine stepping into a retro diner where the booths are bright turquoise, the walls are painted in playful shades of pink, and the black and white checkered floor practically begs for a little nostalgia. Somewhere between the hum of conversation and the clatter of dishes, my shift is underway. With my order pad in hand and a tray loaded with a delicious meal, I’m making my way through the diner one table at a time. The scenery outside may be all mountains and open skies, but inside, it’s all comfort food, colorful booths, and classic diner charm.

Of course, being on the clock doesn't mean leaving personal style at the door. I traded the traditional diner uniform for a beautiful bohemian inspired pants ensemble paired with soft pastel tones and a touch of effortless glamor. There’s something fun about taking an ordinary moment, like serving lunch and turning it into a scene that feels completely mine. After all, sometimes the best part of the day is simply showing up, looking fabulous, and serving a little personality right alongside the chicken nuggets.

For the final scene, I made pose adjustments to better complement the visual direction of the photograph. The body pose, Lilith by Indigo, established the leg stance and positioning of the head and torso. I incorporated a holdable order pad and server food tray by Synnergy Tavis that repositioned the hands, arms and shoulders. I then adjusted the transparency of the holdable tray through the edit menu so I could keep the pose without the tray itself so I could place the chicken nugget tray by What Next naturally on top of my left hand, creating a cohesive visual of a waitress carrying an order toward the table.
